Femidoms have been approved for trading within the European Union (Directive 93/42/EEC). They have been approved many years ago by the Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte (BfArM). By now it carries the only relevant consumer identification mark (CE-Kennzeichen). Pharmacies can find Femidom under the Pharmazentralnummer: PZN 369 44 11.
